CLASSES RANGING FROM
Our Level-Up program is for anyone who is currently in group classes and wants to level -up or graduates of Excel who would like to continue with some one – on – one training and join group classes.
Our CrossFit Group Classes are led by a trainer who guides the class through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and then the workout of the day also known as the WOD.
While our gym is primarily dedicated to serving our coached clients, we do offer an extremely limited number of memberships for those who would like to utilize the facility on their own for independent training.
