1/2 Hour Power Program

WHAT 1/2 HOUR POWER PROGRAM IS ALL ABOUT

This class is designed for those with very busy schedules who still want to make the time to achieve excellence through health and fitness.

Do you find yourself scrambling to find time to workout? We have you covered! You will be led through a warm up and instructed through the workout which will be led by our professional coaching staff. Each workout is designed to help you inside and outside the gym. Do you want to get better at running? We have you covered.
Do you want to get stronger? We have you covered. Do you want to look good and feel good? We have you covered.
The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and everyone is welcome to join- whether you are just starting your fitness journey or a well-rounded athlete these classes are accommodating to every individual and do not require any prior knowledge or fitness level.

These are basic “bootcamp” movements that can be learned quickly. No barbells or heavy weights. We will use a variety of bodyweight movements, kettlebells, rowers, dumbbells, etc. They are great workouts that are sure to get your heart rate up and make you sweat in just 30 minutes.
