WHAT CROSSFIT CLASSES ARE ALL ABOUT

Our CrossFit Group Classes are led by a trainer who guides the class through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and then the workout of the day also known as the WOD.

Monday – Friday: 5:30 am, 9:00 am, 4:00 pm, 5:30 pm
Saturdays: 9:00 am

Our classes are fast moving, motivational, supportive and FUN.

Our programming delivers results, without destroying you (competitor programming available)
It isn’t thrown together at the last minute. It is professionally planned following an annual calendar that prepares people for the CrossFit Open in October. It is broken up into 6 week cycles with a test re-test every 8 weeks.
This helps you keep track of your progress as you dial in the movement to reap the rewards.

Our programmer has a TON of experience, programming 7 days a week continuously since 2006. Many of his athletes have podiumed at the CrossFit games. He understands the difference between competitors and those that are looking to Excel at life.

Classes are layered and structured so each athlete, no matter the level can get their best individual experience. Choose your progression, scale up or down. Use the scaling guide to achieve the intended stimulus.
